The basic rule of thumb when it comes to buying any type of holster is that the more you spend on it, the better quality it will be and the better it will perform. However, there are always exceptions to this rule. For me, one such exception is the Don Hume H715M W/C IWB holster.
Why? Well, for starters this is a very well made made holster for the price (anywhere from $25 to $35 depending on where you shop). The fit and finish is very good and the metal clip works surprisingly well.
The holster is easy to take off and on, and does a pretty good job of staying on the waist when the weapon is drawn. While the leather material isn't what I would classify as "top quality", it seems very solid for the money.
From a concealment perspective, the H715M W/C performs pretty well. The cant is fixed in the straight up and down position, but my Glock 26 virtually disappears using it.
My one suggestion for improvement would be the addition on a full or half bodyshield. That would be icing on the cake for an otherwise best buy.
